Business Development/Marketing Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Manager to lead our business development and marketing efforts, driving growth, revenue, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales, and promote our services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to capture them, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive leads.
- Manage our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals, pitches, and sales materials
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market needs
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Support the delivery of high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop partnerships with key industry partners, associations, and organisations
- Provide input to the management team on business development, market trends, and industry insights
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
