The Business Analyst III will serve as a critical bridge between operational requirements and strategic execution, ensuring that Kimeric Group’s internal processes remain efficient and aligned with corporate goals. This onsite role directly influences our organizational effectiveness by translating complex business challenges into actionable, high-impact technical and operational solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive requirement gathering and process mapping initiatives using MS Office and Visio to visualize and streamline complex workflows across the organization.
- Design and evaluate robust technical and operational solutions, conducting rigorous assessments of project scope, cost-benefit analysis, and potential risk factors.
- Execute detailed project estimations and define strategic requirement frameworks to ensure all business processes support our core corporate objectives.
- Produce high-quality user documentation and sophisticated business reports to provide executive leadership with data-backed insights for critical decision-making.
- Facilitate large-scale change management initiatives, conducting high-stakes stakeholder interviews and managing project lifecycles with complete independence.
- Consult with cross-functional departments to resolve conflicting requirements and navigate project risks to ensure project delivery remains on schedule and within scope.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6- 10 years of senior-level experience in business analysis, specifically within project scoping, requirements engineering, and operational optimization.
- Expert-level proficiency in process visualization tools such as MS Visio and the full MS Office suite for complex documentation and reporting.
- Proven track record of delivering expert-level recommendations to executive leadership and managing large-scale initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational bottlenecks and implement technical solutions that drive measurable operational improvement.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the capability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders and influence senior-level strategic decisions.
- Must be available to work onsite at our Nigeria office, as this role requires daily physical presence and no travel is expected.
