Responsibilities:
- Operate bulldozers efficiently for earth-moving, grading, and site preparation
- Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and instructions from supervisors
- Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with safety regulations
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and other equipment operators
- Identify and report mechanical faults or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Follow company policies and site safety rules at all times
- Proven experience as a Bulldozer Operator
Requirements:
- Valid heavy equipment operation license or certification
- Good knowledge of bulldozer controls, safety procedures, and maintenance
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and under challenging site conditions
- Physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of mining site safety standards
