Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise building construction and monitor daily site activities.
- Interpret building plans, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other project personnel.
- Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and project progress.
- Identify site challenges and recommend practical technical solutions.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Building Technology, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret building drawings.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures on construction sites.
- Must be willing to work in Awka, Anambra State.
