Job Summary

We are looking to hire a marketing professional to maintain the company's brand identity and messaging. To increase brand visibility and value by analyzing the market, understanding the target audience, and creating a consistent brand experience.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Brand Reputation
  • Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company’s positioning
  • Manage all social media platforms; create engaging posts, strategise on increasing followership & engagements.
  • Maintain & improve on our differentiation strategy
  • Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
  • Brief our creative team on the monthly marketing projects to be worked on.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses continually
  • Design promotional campaigns for existing and new products and markets.
  • Develop our social media strategy
  • Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
  • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges


Requirements:

  • Work experience as a brand strategist, social media manager or similar role in marketing
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Communication and writing skills
  • BSc /HND in a related field is a plus
