The Brand & Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the manufacturing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, as well as the unique challenges and opportunities within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading marketing campaigns and driving measurable business results.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and trade shows.
- Optimize lead nurturing processes through marketing automation tools, ensuring a seamless customer journey from prospect to client.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Develop consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including product brochures, case studies, blog posts, videos, and white papers that highlight the company’s expertise and solutions.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media channels.
Partnership and Event Marketing:
- Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the company’s products and services.
- Develop partnerships with industry associations, media, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Monthly Net
