The Brand Associate will play a critical role in shaping, elevating, and commercialising the Plus 234Labs brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role combines strategic brand development, impactful storytelling, consumer insight, and commercial thinking to strengthen brand equity, drive market relevance, and support revenue growth.

The Brand Associate will oversee day-to-day brand operations, develop integrated marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency across channels, and leverage consumer insights to influence marketing, product, and commercial decisions. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Narrative & Identity Development

  • Develop and refine the brand’s storytelling strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, values, and objectives.
  • Ensure the brand story is consistently expressed across digital, retail,wholesale, PR, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, cultural shifts, and fashion movements to keep the narrative contemporary and compelling.

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Conduct regular consumer, category, and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and differentiation.
  • Maintain and enhance brand tone, voice, visual identity, and communication guidelines across all channels.
  • Support commercial objectives by aligning brand strategy with pricing, product direction, and market opportunities.

Content Strategy and Creation

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to deliver engaging, on-brand visual and written content.
  • Oversee the production of assets including campaigns, look books, video content, editorial copy, and social media storytelling.
  • Prepare creative briefs and ensure all creative output aligns with brand values, messaging, and commercial objectives.

360° Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead the planning, execution, and performance analysis of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Ensure integrated messaging across PR, digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.
  • Track campaign performance against


Customer Insights and Brand Positioning

  • Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and sentiment to refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Use data and insights to influence product development, content themes, and campaign direction.
  • Monitor competitive activities, market shifts, and fashion/luxury consumer trends to identify new opportunities.

Partnerships and Collaborations

  • Identify and nurture meaningful partnerships with influencers, creatives, media outlets, and cultural collaborators.
  • Work closely with PR teams to ensure cohesive external communication and maximize brand visibility.
  • Evaluate partnership performance and ensure commercial and branding objectives are met.

Commercial & Performance Impact

  • Support revenue, sell-through, and gross margin targets through strong brand storytelling and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand initiatives directly impact demand generation.
  • Contribute to assortment planning, pricing considerations, and product launch strategies using market and customer insights.
  • Track and report brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, conversion influence, and ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, Digital, and Merchandising teams to ensure brand strategy informs product direction and commercial decisions.
  • Provide marketing toolkits, campaign assets, and brand guidance to internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency across departments and customer touchpoints

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, preferably within luxury fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced
    environment.
