Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities and smooth running of the branch.
- Ensure that all branch staff perform their duties effectively.
- Set branch targets and monitor staff performance against established targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the institution's operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
