Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability.
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a high standard of quality and innovation.
- Train and mentor bar staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Oversee ordering and stocking of bar supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum of SSCE
