Responsibilities:
Daily Food Production:
- Mix and bake: Measure items, mix dough or batter, and operate ovens to make fresh items like muffins, cakes, and bread.
- Early hours: Start work very early in the morning so fresh food is ready when the cafe opens.
- Quality check: Taste and look over finished goods to make sure they match the cafe's standards.
Kitchen Safety and Stock:
- Clean areas: Wash counters, tools, and machines to keep a safe workspace.
- Track supplies: Check what ingredients are running low and write down what needs to be ordered.
- Safe storage: Keep food at the right temperatures following local health laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
