Job summary
The Aviation Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of flight operations for our clients within the oil and gas sector. This position is responsible for managing complex logistics and flight documentation, acting as the primary link between ground operations and flight crews to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify out-flown manifests, weight and balance sheets, and comprehensive weather dispatch documentation for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
- Utilize passenger tracking and logistics software (PTS) to manage daily manifests, verify passenger identification, and oversee the end-to-end check-in and boarding pass allocation process.
- Analyze meteorological reports and monitor radio communications to guarantee full regulatory compliance and operational readiness prior to conducting pilot briefings.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and archives of flight documents to ensure audit-readiness and operational transparency.
- Generate detailed aviation performance and status reports for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee station operations and coordinate with ground personnel to ensure safety protocols and service standards are strictly adhered to during all departure and arrival phases.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of professional aviation training and experience.
- Demonstrated professional background in aviation dispatch or ground operations, specifically reflecting the experience level required for the position.
- Advanced expertise in interpreting complex aviation weather data and technical flight documentation.
- Technical proficiency in passenger tracking systems and standard industry logistics software.
- Exceptional communication skills required to brief flight crews and manage interactions with a diverse range of passengers.
- Proven ability to maintain focus on safety protocols and operational efficiency while working in an onsite, high-pressure environment.
