Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all minor maintenance on CNG skids and CNG trucks
- Inspect and replace oil filters, gas filters, and engine oil during routine servicing
- Diagnose and fix brake-related issues and other mechanical faults on CNG trucks
- Inspect compressor belts, valves, and fittings on skids and trucks
- Ensure the tightness of mechanical joints and fittings to prevent leaks
- Maintain a daily maintenance log of all work carried out
- Attend to all electrical and instrumentation issues on CNG skids and CNG trucks
- Inspect and maintain control panels, electrical systems, and grounding systems
- Carry out troubleshooting on motors, relays, switches, and sensors
- Perform periodic checks on earthing continuity and insulation resistance
- Report major faults or repeat failures immediately for action
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule
- Review and act on the driver's checklist daily to promptly fix reported issues
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
