As an Auto Dealer for our transportation company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle dealership in the bustling city of Lagos, specifically in the Lekki Epe area.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Sales: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals for our range of luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and vans.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, specifications, and benefits of our vehicles to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely replenishment, and proper maintenance to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new customers and drive sales.
  • Finance and Documentation: Facilitate the financing process by assisting customers with loan applications, documentation, and other financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers to enhance the dealership's reputation and foster repeat business.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience of 3 - 5 years in automotive sales or dealership management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with automotive financing and documentation processes.
  • Knowledge of the local automotive market and customer preferences in Lagos, particularly in the Lekki Epe area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.


Location: Lekki Epe, Lagos, Nigeria


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 per month
