What You'll Do

• Introduce prospective clients to our housing and investment opportunities
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Build relationships with investors, homebuyers, and referral partners
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and property inspections
• Educate clients on property ownership and real estate investment opportunities
• Convert prospects into paying customers
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Submit activity and sales reports as required

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Strong desire to build a successful career and increase income
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory
