Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive and store incoming shipments of physical branding materials (e.g., signage, displays, promotional items) according to designated procedures.
- Accurately label and organize stock for efficient retrieval.
- Assist the Store Keeper in conducting regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and report on discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process and fulfill internal requisitions for physical branding materials efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain clear documentation of all outgoing inventory, including quantity, item description, and recipient information.
Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols for handling and storing materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Store Keeper.
