Assistant Project Specialist
Job summary
We are looking for a highly competent Project Assistant to support the planning and execution of strategic projects. This role involves working closely with program managers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day project operations.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all project activities.
- Assist in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and areas needing escalation.
- Provide direct support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Support the smooth execution of executive and operational priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic Excel skills, and Graphic Design.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
