Assistant Operations/ Data Entry

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations related to supply chain and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders.
• Oversee interactions with delivery agents, providing support and guidance to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct data entry tasks to update inventory records and track stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall operational performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations with a focus on supply chain/logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and inventory tracking systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive projects to completion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems) is a plus.
