Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Designers to conceptualize and develop menswear and womenswear collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
- Assist in the creation of sketches and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Research and stay informed about current fashion trends, materials, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative perspectives to the design process.
- Participate in fabric sourcing, ensuring the selection of high-quality materials that meet the brand's standards.
- Support in the fitting process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pattern drafters to bring designs to life.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
- Conduct outfit inspections and quality control checks

Qualifications:
- Certification in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer within a fashion environment.
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
