Area Sales Representative
Job summary
The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding sales of building material products, particularly fibre cement boards, roofing sheets, and metal pipes, within the assigned territory. The candidate should possess sound market knowledge, a good network of dealers and contractors, ability to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Promote company products through field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collect and analyse market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the regional sales head and other departments for smooth order processing
- Processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market performance.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product awareness programs in the territory.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting Tools
- Understanding of Market dynamics
- Self-motivated and the ability to travel
