Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives for optimal performance
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
  • Drive new client acquisition and build strategic business partnerships
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and budget execution
  • Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within asset management or financial services
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
