Responsibilities:
- Drive regional Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and achieve revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives for optimal performance
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
- Drive new client acquisition and build strategic business partnerships
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development
- Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and budget execution
- Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within asset management or financial services
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
