Job summary
We are looking for an aggressive, field-tested Area Sales Manager with a proven track record in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), beverage, or pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate must possess an active network of existing relationships with major distributors, open-market wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail chains within South-East region.

Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and successfully onboard high-tier Distributors and Feeders across Anambra State using our structured pricing models.
- B2B Relationship Management: Manage daily commercial interactions with supermarket procurement managers, wellness shops, and wholesale networks to ensure continuous product visibility and rotation.
- Policy Enforcement: Strictly uphold the company’s Pre-Paid Only cash-flow policy. Ensure zero product allocations are dispatched without verified corporate financial clearance.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly carton sales volume targets for Our Beverage Products.
- Field Intelligence: Gather and report real-time market feedback on competitor pricing, consumer preferences, and distribution bottlenecks to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of active field sales experience as a Sales Representative, Territory Officer, or Area Sales Manager within the Nigerian FMCG, beverage, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Must possess a verifiable list of active distributors and retail contacts within Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi, or other key locations within the South East.
- Elite negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to pitch premium value-added products confidently.
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related discipline.
- Must be highly mobile, energetic, and intimately familiar with the commercial geography of Anambra State.
