Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter & Cold Caller to join our dynamic team at CK Bless Ltd. As an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our Empowered Executive Programme.

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to the Empowered Executive Programme and qualify their interest and eligibility.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Empowered Executive Programme and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team.
  • Utilize cold calling scripts and sales materials to maintain consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling, preferably in the B2B or professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • High level of resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
