We are looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and implement AI-driven systems across different parts of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) across multiple departments (e.g. HR, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance)
- Identify business processes that can be optimized or automated using AI
- Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including model integration, prompt design, and system orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions
- Integrate AI systems with internal tools, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems post-deployment
- Provide guidance, documentation, and light training to teams adopting AI tools
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions in real-world environments
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and system integration
- Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
- Experience working across multiple teams or departments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):
- Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or orchestration tools
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflow platforms
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
