AI Automation & Agent Workflow Specialist

Breeg AI is looking for a highly skilled AI Automation & Agent Workflow Specialist to help us build the next generation of intelligent systems. You’ll design and deploy advanced automations, create AI-powered agents capable of solving business tasks end-to-end, and streamline processes across our internal operations and client-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

•
Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier.

•
Develop agentic AI workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to build autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.

•
Automate business processes across tools such as GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (documentation), Slack (team communication), and Google Workspace.

•
Build AI agents for customer support, onboarding, CRM management, and internal task automation.

•
Collaborate with product and operations teams to integrate AI-powered features into day-to-day company workflows.

•
Translate manual processes and SOPs into efficient, scalable, reusable workflows.

•
Maintain clean documentation, clear naming conventions, and version control across all automation projects.

•
Refactor outdated workflows into a modern, maintainable low-code stack.

•
Ensure automations incorporate LLM reasoning, decision trees, and error handling for reliable performance.

Qualifications & Experience

•
Minimum 3 years’ experience building no-code/low-code automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).

•
Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks, routers, and error handling.

•
Experience implementing workflows across tools like GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar.

•
Skilled in building automations that integrate LLM responses, reasoning steps, and task-solving agent logic.

•
Familiarity with agentic systems, AI tools that can act, respond, and self-correct.

•
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

•
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a remote-first team.
