Field Farmer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute farming activities.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including inventory, expenses, and yields.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and ensure farm efficiency.

• Represent the farm in a positive light within the community and engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.
  

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in an agricultural related field is a plus but not required.
• Hardworking and diligent worker passionate about Farming.
• Experience is good but not required, must be trainable, accommodation will be provided,
• The ideal candidate will have a deep love for farming, a strong work ethic, commitment and dedication to work.
