Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Agronomist to support in optimizing crop yield, improving soil health, and adopting sustainable agricultural practices. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on best farming techniques, pest management, irrigation systems, and soil fertility enhancement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Farmer Support & Training: Provide on-site and remote support to farm workers, offering technical guidance on crop production, soil management, and pest control.
  • Soil & Crop Analysis: Conduct assessments of soil conditions and recommend appropriate fertilizers, crop rotations, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Pest & Disease Management: Identify and advise on effective pest and disease control strategies to minimize losses.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest agricultural advancements and integrate innovative techniques into farming practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sister farms to produce high-quality produce that meet market demands.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Track crop performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to guide decision-making.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in agronomy or agricultural consulting (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of soil science, crop production, and pest management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital agricultural tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site farm visits.
