Role Description The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the agency sales team, driving property sales, and achieving revenue targets for Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd in Abeokuta. This full-time, on-site role involves recruiting, training, and supervising sales agents, setting performance objectives, and monitoring daily sales activities. The person in this role will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, conduct property presentations, and oversee negotiations to close deals. The Agency Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams, prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and ensure that all activities align with the company’s service standards and core values. The role also requires regular field visits to estates and sites, participation in promotional events, and continuous improvement of the agency’s sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising agency or field sales personnel.
- Proficiency in property or real estate sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, particularly in Abeokuta and surrounding areas, is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, CRM or sales tracking systems, office productivity software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a customer-focused and ethical approach.
- Willingness to work on-site in Abeokuta and conduct regular field visits to properties and estates.
