Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager, based in Owerri. The Agency Manager will oversee daily operations related to real estate management and property services. Responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, supervising a team to achieve sales targets, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support. The role also entails compliance with company standards and documentation requirements.

• Strong knowledge in Property Management, Estate Agency, and Real Estate Operations
• Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
• Experience in Team Leadership, Business Development, and Strategy Implementation
• Proficiency in Market Research, Marketing, and Sales Strategies
• Knowledge of property legal frameworks, land documentation, and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and office tools is a plus
