Dekina Beauty is a confidence-first beauty-tech brand dedicated to instilling confidence in your natural beauty.

We are growing the Dekina Glow Circle and we are looking for experienced, results-driven sales affiliates to join our network. This is not a content creator role. This is a sales role — and we reward performance generously.

What You Will Be Doing

• Actively promoting and selling Dekina Beauty products through your established network — whether that is social media, WhatsApp communities, professional networks, or any channel where people trust your recommendations
• Driving qualified traffic to dekinabeauty.com through your unique referral link
• Creating a minimum of 3 promotional activations per month across your platform or network
• Building and nurturing relationships within your audience to consistently convert interest into sales
• Tracking your performance through your affiliate dashboard and optimising your approach monthly

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital sales, or network-based selling
• An established and engaged network you actively influence — size matters less than trust and conversion ability
• Strong understanding of how affiliate commission structures work
• Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and the Dekina Beauty brand
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria

What You Will Earn

This is a commission-based position with three performance tiers. The more you sell, the more you earn — there is no ceiling.

Tier I — Glow Partner 

10% commission per sale

Quarterly PR package

Earn up to ₦138,000/month

Tier II — Luxe Affiliate 

15% commission per sale + ₦20,000 monthly performance bonus

Quarterly curated PR box

Earn up to ₦537,500/month

Tier III — Elite Affiliate 

20% commission per sale + ₦50,000 monthly performance bonus

Bi-monthly curated PR box + website feature + brand event invitations

Earn up to ₦1,430,000/month

Based on average order value of ₦69,000. Earnings reflect consistent sales performance.
