Job Summary

As an Affiliate Manager, you will manage and scale our global affiliate network to drive high-quality leads and first-time depositors (FTDs) for the organisation and its sub-brands. You'll work closely with the acquisition, CRM, and creative teams to enhance affiliate performance and ensure ROI-positive partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Source, onboard, and manage affiliates across Africa, LATAM, and Asia.
Negotiate CPA/CPL/Revenue Share deals.
Monitor traffic quality, optimise performance, and prevent fraudulent activity.
Collaborate with the internal design team to coordinate creatives and landing pages.
Analyse and report on acquisition KPIs, including FTDs, deposit volume, and ROI.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within Forex, iGaming, or Fintech industries.
Minimum of a diploma certificate.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working with numbers and producing detailed performance reports.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Collaborate with the internal design team to coordinate creatives and landing pages.
