Responsibilities:

Skincare Treatments:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, moisturizing, and anti-aging treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis to determine the most suitable treatments for each client based on their skin type and concerns.
• Use high-quality products and advanced techniques to deliver effective skincare solutions.
• Offer personalized skincare advice and product recommendations for at-home care.

Waxing and Hair Removal:

• Provide professional waxing services, including eyebrow shaping, facial waxing, and full-body waxing, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols during hair removal treatments.
• Advise clients on pre- and post-waxing care to ensure the best results and skin health.

Body Treatments:

• Offer body treatments such as body wraps, scrubs, and other therapies that promote relaxation and skin rejuvenation.
• Customize treatments to address specific client needs, such as cellulite reduction, detoxification, or hydration.

Makeup Application:

• Provide professional makeup services for special occasions, everyday looks, or as part of a skincare regimen.
• Educate clients on makeup application techniques and recommend products suited to their skin type and personal style.

Client Consultation and Education:

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ skincare goals, concerns, and preferences.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatment benefits, and the importance of regular maintenance.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment areas and with all equipment.
• Follow all salon policies and industry regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for clients.
• Regularly sanitize tools and ensure all products are used within their safety guidelines.

Product and Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage the inventory of skincare and beauty products, ensuring that the salon is always well-stocked.
• Stay updated on the latest products and techniques in the skincare and beauty industry.
• Promote and sell skincare products, makeup, and other retail items to clients.

Professional Development:

• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing education, training, and certifications in aesthetics.
• Attend workshops, industry events, and conferences to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in skincare

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
