Administrative/Operation Assistant
Job summary
Supports the day-to-day running of the business by providing administrative, operational/support, and managing transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial handling, and the ability to support both office operations and customer transactions efficiently.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, maintaining records, and organizing files.
- Process customer payments using the POS system, including cash, card, and other electronic payment methods.
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities to support smooth business operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional service support when required.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering or inventory tracking where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
