Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating of contents for the company entire social media platform.
- Respond to questions about products on the company social media platform and also generate sales.
- Ensuring that the number of impressions on all the company social media platform is on the increase
- Creating of product flyers and designs to be posted in the company social media handle
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, Â communications to appropriate department / Â parties as necessary
- Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
- Answer and respond to organization phone calls, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed and making purchases.
- Systematically filing important company documents and performs data entry.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Act as the organizational receptionist , greets and directs clients and visitorsÂ
