Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and communicating effectively with a high volume of clients.
- Prepare forms, letters, and other documents as required.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries of each program area.
- Set up and maintain filing systems, ensuring compliance with legal records and procedures while managing confidential materials and documents.
- Complete applications for clients and gather necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage files within tight timelines.
- Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office products, Adobe products, Dropbox, and other relevant software.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful attitude towards coworkers and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions and take action independently.
- Confident self-starter with excellent verbal and written English language skills.
