Job summary
The Administrative officer will be involved in matters that have to do with government agencies and local authorities; they will be the face of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at official meetings, inspections, and engagements with external agencies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
- Support management in handling administrative and corporate affairs.
- Coordinate office administrative activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and official company engagements.
- Follow up on submissions, applications, and requests made to government agencies and relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely resolution of administrative issues and regulatory matters.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of approvals, permits, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents.
- Perform other administrative and corporate affairs duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- Must possess a strong knowledge of the Abeokuta–Sagamu axis and surrounding communities.
- Established relationships and the ability to effectively engage with community leaders and key stakeholders within the Abeokuta–Sagamu area.
- Good understanding of the structure, processes, and operations of government agencies at the federal, state, and local government levels.
- Familiarity with law enforcement institutions, including police commands and stations, and the ability to interact professionally with relevant authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in dealings with government agencies, local authorities, and community leaders.
- Smart, well-groomed, and highly presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
