We are seeking an Administrative Officer to handle All Administrative Duties As Assigned By The Company Management

Responsibilities:
- Attend To Clients To Ascertain Their Various Needs
- Help Clients To Fill Application Forms And Forward To The Admin Manager For Onward Processing And Approval
- Follow Up On Submitted Forms To Ascertain Approved Applications
- Input Approved Clients' Data into the Computer System
- Deliver Approved Forms To The Accountant For Fund Disbursement
- Monitor Clients To Ensure That The Terms And Conditions Of Agreement Are Met
- Submit Daily, Weekly And Monthly Report Of Work Done To The Admin Manager
- Ensure All Jobs Assigned By Top Management Are Promptly Delivered
Requirements:
- A Sound Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel Is A Compulsory Requirement
- Sound Knowledge Of Computer, Office, and Spreadsheet Applications
- Sound Customer Service Delivery
- Dedication To Assigned Duties
