Job Summary

We are seeking an individual who will want to take ownership of this position and become a part of the team. In search of a great Administrative Manager who is friendly, self motivated, eager to learn and ready to serve.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Making and Answering calls/emails/texts
  • Manage tenants accounts and communication between office, contractors and tenants
  • Reconcile in/out flow
  • Support staff with requests and needs
  • Some related internet research
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of (3) five years office experience required.
  • The candidate should be friendly, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ideal candidate will be comfortable making cold calls,
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Xcel.
  • QuickBooks and property management experience will be a bonus
