Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Officer in our dynamic Field Services Company, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of various administrative functions. You will be a key contributor to the efficiency and effectiveness of our field services team.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Scheduling: Facilitate and coordinate schedules for field service personnel, ensuring optimal deployment and efficient resource utilization.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to field service activities. This includes updating service logs, tracking equipment inventory, and managing relevant paperwork.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and clear dissemination of information among team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for field service operations, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes within the field services department.
  • Customer Interaction: Interface with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and the field services team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of administrative operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to field service activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other administrative staff and field service professionals to maintain a cohesive and well-coordinated work environment.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various departments within the organization, contributing to the overall success of our dynamic field services company.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.).
  • Adaptable and capable of working effectively in a rapidly changing field services environment.
  • Marketing experience will be an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 110,000 -125,000 Monthly 



Location: Lekki Lagos
