Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient use and maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

 

Requirements:

  • HND in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or corporate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
