Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning
- Introduce and implement tools, systems, and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Support senior management by preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide training and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the administrative budget
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Provide virtual customer service support, responding to supplier and customer inquiries
- Conduct product and service research to enhance the overall customer experience
- Prepare, review, and manage supplier and customer contracts
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Report directly to the Head of Strategy and Commerce
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects to successful completion
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Dynamics
- Experience working with external agencies, including suppliers, customers, and third parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, resilient, and “can-do” attitude
- Effective team player and networker, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Close attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
