Job summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking, proactive Junior Admin Manager who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and supporting strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Introduce and implement tools, systems, and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Support senior management by preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
  • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide training and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the administrative budget
  • Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Provide virtual customer service support, responding to supplier and customer inquiries
  • Conduct product and service research to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Prepare, review, and manage supplier and customer contracts
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Report directly to the Head of Strategy and Commerce


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects to successful completion
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Dynamics
  • Experience working with external agencies, including suppliers, customers, and third parties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, resilient, and “can-do” attitude
  • Effective team player and networker, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Close attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, professional, and self-aware with strong maturity
  • Excellent time management and adaptability
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability
  • A strong desire to learn, develop, and grow
