We are looking for an Administrative Associate to oversee all support and clerical work within the company. You will supervise day-to-day support activities, coordinate clerical tasks, and help support other Managers. You will also work with management and support staff to assess and improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily support activities
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
- Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols
- Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives
- Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience
- Organizational skills
