Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.
- Monitor and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies on time.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support management with financial information.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and other accounting functions as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information with integrity.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Must be willing to reside and work in Ijebu-Ode.
