Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audit processes.
- Support management with financial analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
