Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and accounts department operations and teams
- Provide operational and strategic reports and financial advisory services to senior management and the board
- Liaison with third parties – regulators, vendors and external auditors
Requirements:
- ICAN Chartered
- Live and Work in the Southeast
- Use of technology-savvy - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Microfinance or commercial Bank experience as an accountant
- IFRS Standards and Tax Management
- Knowledge of banking applications and accounting systems.
