Accountant

• Manage invoicing and receivables on Zoho Books, ensuring every transaction is correctly classified as corporate or leisure
  
• Prepare accurate monthly revenue and management reports, reconciled against source documents before submission
  
• Run payroll on BizEdge, including verification of the beneficiary list before every release
  
• Handle statutory compliance, including PAYE under the NTA 2025 framework, pension remittances, NSITF, and LIRS obligations
  
• Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain clean, auditable financial records
  
• Escalate any payment, reconciliation, or reporting anomaly promptly and in writing
  

Requirements:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent), or a finance graduate with strong practical experience
  
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a service business
  
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail, with a habit of verifying before submitting
  
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software
  
• Sound understanding of Nigerian tax and statutory compliance
  
• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage, including familiarity with how corporate and leisure revenue differ
  
• Strong integrity and sound judgment, with a habit of reporting problems early
  
• A clear communicator who keeps management informed
