Role Description

The Account Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Calabar. This position involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing suitable banking products and services. Responsibilities include developing and managing client portfolios, driving customer retention through exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client matters. The role also entails achieving sales targets, delivering innovative financial solutions, and preparing reports to track account performance.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account retention
• Knowledge of financial services, banking procedures, and investment products
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in account or client relationship management
• Understanding of or experience with Islamic Finance principles is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
