Job summary
Account Officer responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Ensures proper documentation, supports audits, monitors receivables/payables, and maintains compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Assist management with financial data and analysis as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
