Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of sales from the Boutique, Salon, Spa, and Academy.
- Advanced Excel Usage: Manage payroll, track expenses, and create financial pivot tables/reports.
- Monitor inventory levels for the clothing line and salon products to prevent leakages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for each business unit.
- Handle tax filings, utility payments, and petty cash management.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
