Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To create & process invoices
- To manage the Receipt, Handling, and Escalation of all sales enquiries
- To cross-check invoices with payments & expenses to ensure accuracy
- To manage company’s accounts payable & receivable.
- To send bills & invoices to clients
- To track organization expense
- To process refunds etc.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, and other related disciplines.
- Interested candidates must have worked in that capacity previously for not less than 2yrs.
- Knowledge on Quickbook/Sage accounting package, professional certificates & post-graduate degrees will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Excellent organizational, Mathematical, Detail- oriented eye, etc.
Location: Enugu State.
