Job summary
The individual oversees the strategic and operational management of the Academy, ensuring it achieves its training, revenue, and impact goals. This role is responsible for business growth, student enrolment, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and alignment of academic delivery with industry and corporate standards.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the annual business plan for the Academy.
- Set and monitor strategic objectives around enrolment, partnerships, profitability, and programme delivery.
- Provide leadership to the academic, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
- Work to develop new training programmes aligned with automotive industry trends (EVs, CNG, diagnostics, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational, safety, and regulatory standards.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrolment and retention.
- Build strategic relationships with automotive companies, government agencies, NGOs, and institutions for sponsorships, internships, and collaborations.
- Manage external communication, including events, media visibility, and brand representation of AutoClinic Academy.
- Oversee proposal writing and grant applications for institutional funding and partnership projects.
Operations & Administration:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Academy, class scheduling, facility management, and administrative control.
- Supervise the administrative and technical training teams for efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for academic and administrative processes.
- Coordinate the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials for practical sessions.
Academic Quality & Student Affairs:
- Ensure that curriculum delivery meets approved standards and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate instructor training and ensure effective teaching performance.
- Monitor student performance, satisfaction, and career placement.
- Drive initiatives for continuous curriculum improvement and integration of new technologies.
- Oversee assessments, certifications, and liaisons with accrediting or regulatory bodies (e.g., NADDC, NBTE, etc.).
Financial Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of the Academy.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, and student payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of an MBA/MSc. in a related field
